1 hour of dance fitness! Featuring some high cardio.
Mixed fitness class consisting of dance fitness, step aerobics and HIIT. (High Intensity Interval Training)
20 minute intervals! 20 minutes of dance fitness, 20 minutes of step aerobics, 20 minutes of HIIT!
You can pay monthly by adding up how many sessions you will do in a month & paying for them all at once.

1 Hour session bundle! This bundle will give you 5 1 hour sessions.
30 minute session bundle! You will recieve 5-30 minute training sessions.
If you want to BUST YOUR BUTT this is the right session for you! 45 minutes of hard workout.
If you feel like you need to take it slow to take it all in or you want a long extended intense workout this is my 1.5 hour offer!
This will be a 30 minute workout training session.
